Costs
We send many differing products all over the world, so there’s no single postage price – If you’d like to know what delivery will cost, add your order to the cart and enter your shipping information on the checkout page. We’ll show you how much it will cost to ship before you place your order!
Customs and import fees
Weredog ships from the UK, all over the world. Customers inside the UK are, of course, exempt from customs fees!
Elsewhere, you should always check with your local customs and import laws to see if an order you place from abroad will incur fees when it enters your country. Weredog has no control over these fees, and cannot pay them for you before the order arrives in your country.
However, if you’re in the US, at present anything below a $2,500 (USD) order constitutes an ‘informal entry’, and will not incur customs fees.

Why do you have a custom delivery policy?
Weredog is required to comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Previously the Distance Selling Regulations 2000). Because our products are generally custom-ordered, the process works a little differently than ordering a pre-manufactured item from a store; you order from us with the understanding that there may be others before you in the queue, which means we might not get to you immediately!
